March 14: Goals and Updates

Still staying strong with the 7:30 AM runs and gym time. The tide was quite hight last night, so I got a lot more exercise out of running up and down the sand hills. Still happy to do it as it gives me more energy through the day. I have forgotten to do meditation since I’ve gotten back in one place. I expect that will help my focus.

Not much else to report. Everything is coming along about as expected. I haven’t really found a place to meet anyone staying longer term in Nha Trang, so it’s a good thing I’m here with people I already met in Chiang Mai. This place seems to have gone well under the radar of anyone except for Russian and Chinese tourists.

1.) Worked awhile. My focus is a bit lacking. It’s also hard to find a good place to work here. My apartment has excellent wifi, but I would like a dedicated workspace, fresh air, and other people around.
